We believe that the only way to provide the best service is to employ the best staff, use the best tools and equipment, and utilize the most current technology. Our goal is for all of our customers to leave completely satisfied and riding in style.

To achieve our goal of complete customer satisfaction we insist on maintaining a factory-trained, award-winning team and make sure that our Technicians keep their skills current by attending yearly training sessions and studying the Harley-Davidson PHD program materials on their own time. Our fully equipped department has the most up-to-date technology and equipment available to service your genuine Harley^® motorcycle and we use only genuine Harley-Davidson^® Parts and Accessories. We are proud to offer any level of customization and performance work and pride ourselves on being able to make a bike as individual as its owner.

At Privateers Harley-Davidson^® we have a 4-bay service department with a drive in reception area for our service customers. If you have a service appointment, please feel free to drop your bike off on your way to work. The Service Department entrance is at the rear of the building and you will find a key drop box near the door. Please limit your use of the key drop box to the early morning on days that the shop is open.

Privateers also has a large, secure, and climate-controlled warehouse that provides us the opportunity to offer a motorcycle storage program during the off-season. Long-term storage is also available all year long. Along with regular maintenance and customization, we also offer seasonal packages to make sure that your bike keeps running in top form. Feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment to have your bike winterized and don't forget to get a spring tune-up before you head back out on the road. We are happy to provide service and maintenance tips as part of your service appointment.

At Privateers Harley-Davidson^® we offer the only Factory Trained and Certified Technicians on mainland Nova Scotia and we are proud to have Master Certified Technicians on our team. Our service staff members are provincially licensed motorcycle mechanics with many years of repair and riding experience among them. This includes countless hours of professional education and training. Our Technicians attend yearly technical training to make sure that their knowledge of the emerging technology employed on today's Harley-Davidson^® or Buell^™ motorcycles is current. We employ the best so that our customers know that they will get the best possible service.
